First interview with HR, then a business case study pretty difficult for a graduate program, explain the case study to traders and another interview. If they liked you, you entered final round interviews.

Interview consisted of several parts online general experience and why you want the job to more technical questions on testing how you'd react in certain market conditions. Be prepared with your resume pretty generic interview similar to other firms. Follow up with news in the market and be prepared to talk or give an opinion on current events.
