Hopefully my experience with Cargill is not universal because I did not have a good experience with HR. It started off normally with scheduling time to talk about my credentials and what I could bring to the role. When the time came for the interview, I logged in and waited 30 minutes for my virtual interview without any emails or notifications about what was going on. I emailed her back asking what was going on and she emailed the next day explaining how she was having tech issues which was understandable. I emailed her back if we could the time to reschedule but she never sent anything back to me even though in her email back she said she would. I feel the company is good and just a terrible experience with someone from HR.
