Had me come in for a in person interview. The interview was overall pretty relaxed. Just asked the standard questions, more of a conversation! Wasn’t stressful, after that they called to inform me of next steps.
I sent in an application and cover letter on the company website and then was supposed to be contacted for an interview via email. My application went unanswered for months.

They didn't ask me any questions as the hiring process was put on hold with no reason given and I was only notified months later.
Questions about your past work experience, why you want to work at Carhartt and what your goals are. It’s pretty simple and straightforward. They will hire pretty much anyone who is outgoing.
