The interview took place at a job fair downtown Chicago it lasted approx. 30 min there were two recruiters that interviewed me the interview was average not the most difficult I have ever encountered To work here its more not what you know but who you know
they tend hire people who are connected to team members, shift supervisors, and
are managers within thier stores

I was interviewed twice. Once by the GM of the store I would be working at, and once by another GM from the same district. Both interviews were relatively easy. The first interview was primarily about my resumé, the second interview was mainly about who I am as a person.
There was a brief phone interview initially. The in-person interview was about a week later. very friendly. Process was quick Offer was made shortly after. The interviewer was friendly and honest about the role.

Very relaxed casual atmosphere! Interview typically takes about 30 minutes. If there is a job offer, you receive a phone call with an offer and a letter via email with instructions on the next step to become employed by Caribou Coffee
