Carling Communications interview questions

Their recruiter reached out to me about the job. The lead project manager conducted the phone interview after several last minute schedule changes. Aggressive interview style, more like an in-person interview than a phone screening. They also mentioned that they conduct 5 additional separate interviews after each screening before making an offer. The reviews here mention that candidates should never bring up work/life balance, any life outside of work (like children), or any indications you are over 30 years old. I did all three and was not selected after my phone interview despite meeting all job qualifications.

Interviewed with four different people, who were all nice and asked good questions. The only negative thing was how long the wait was between interviews because it made the process even longer.
