Interview process was calm and welcoming. Interviewers were very informative regarding the company. After a series of phone calls and correspondence, I came into their office headquarters and sat down to interview with a panel. The interview process was very efficient and professional. There were four people on the panel who interviewed me about my current position and how it would compare to a role at Carlisle. They also asked me why I wanted to leave the current company I was working for in a very professional manner. The interview team wanted me to assure me that the Carlisle organization would be able to provide me with the opportunities I am pursuing. The outcome of my interview was positive and I am currently working there!
