Introduced by a recruiter, initial technical phone screen, then technical challenge. The phone screen was fine. When it came to the technical challenge, the instructions for the technical interview included example programs that were supposed to show the desired functionality, for my reference, but those programs didn't execute on my macOS. I also felt that the technical challenge had nothing to do with building web services.
