Carondelet Health (MO) interview questions

Had a lengthy interview with the Director of the Department. We covered topics like goals, how to increase the revenue stream, training, updating scripting, SOP's, and training manuals along with me presenting an action plan to help the staff work together, and accomplish both organizational and departmental goals.
