it was a two steps interview,first face to face with Hr staff in the central location,main topics related to the previous working experiance as a financial advisor ,knowledge about banking activities and banking products,career goals,operating skills level, the second one directly with the Branch director. and the discution was mainly related to the direct jobs responsabilities.
