Interview
I was contacted by CRI's partner of human resources on LinkedIn. I was treated with genuine care and respect by every member of their team during the process, I was heard out and given a chance to get to know the people I interviewed. The process was refreshing, and I hope to replicate it in the position I accepted.

More than anything, I was asked to relate the experiences that led me to CRI and the position I applied for. I was given a chance to tell a story, and I don't feel that any questions were scripted.
