I had interviews with 2 people at the firm on the same day (took under an hour). I don’t recall any unexpected or alarming questions. Everyone seemed friendly. Office felt like a small firm despite how many locations CRI has.

There was an initial interview over lunch. The next interview was with a partner and a manager. Both were warm and informal. The offer was made by phone several weeks later.
