There was an initial phone screening from someone in HR followed by in-person interviews with at least three people. The three people that I met with were the people I would report the most to in my time with the company.
Start with phone interview, about 30 minutes. Then go in for one-on-one in-person interview with about 5-7 other employees you will work closely with, about 3 hours. They give you a little quiz to take too, but it's pretty easy.
