Interview
You are placed into a small interview room and interviewed by numerous managers / team leads. Most of these people have little to no experience in interviewing and openly read from a sheet just printed before the interview - all behavior/scenario based questions. They take no notes and are clearly just judging if they like you or not.

Question 1
Describe a scenario where you didn't agree with your manager, how did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cars.com (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2018
Interview
Applied online. Was contacted very quickly and had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. Everyone was friendly, but when waiting to hear on a decision I was given the run around. The recruiter did not respond to any of my emails, and when she finally did she asked if I could talk on the phone sometime that day. I emailed her back saying I free anytime and what time would work best for her. I did not receive any email response until the end of the day, she scheduled a 5:30-6 phone call and didn't call until 6:30 to tell me I did not receive the position. Their recruiting department needs to be more responsive and forthcoming with information. A phone call was not necessary for a rejection. It was very rude of her to make me wait all day for a response and then say I did not get the position. They need to work on that.

Question 1
What are your goals with the company of the next few years, if hired?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cars.com (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview process was normal. It was very professional and they like for you to ask questions. You many have a panel interview or a one on one interview. It really depends on staffing. Be personal able, outgoing, and act like having this job is your career goal.
