I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Carter's (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview was very laid back and wasn't stressful at all! I was interviewed by 2 people the assistant manager and the actual manager. They were both very friendly. They offered me the job on the spot. I filled out the background check form and didn't hear back for three weeks!! I thought they had changed their minds but was happy I finally heard back! I had orientation a week after hearing from them and will be starting soon! It was a long process but worth it!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Talk about a time you worked in team and what did you like about it?
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.

Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
