Combability and willingness to learn was more important than experience. Knowing the company values and having them aligned with my own was also helpful.

Really really easy, mainly just asked about personality and how often we’d be willing to work and what our schedules looked like. It was always a group interview however just a warning. I had i believe two interviews both were group interviews

We held a very casual conversation: talking about my qualifications, my skills, my past experience. The interviewer was kind and friendly. It was a very comfortable environment. They commended me on my achievements and made sure that I was able to explain my desire for the position.
