The interview process took three months. I applied in October, had a phone screen late in the month and was told that I would hear about scheduling an interview time later. I then had a virtual, 30-minute interview with a Vice President in early December. I then waited another two weeks to hear back and had to do an Excel assessment in mid-December. I then had three virtual interviews in January, and finally heard mid-January that I did not receive an offer. My rejection was sent at 1 a.m. via an automated email, which I found incredibly disingenuous after a three month process and upwards of six interviews, three of which were with HR professionals. The least they could do was send a personalized email.
