Carve Designs interview questions

After being approached for an interview, I provided my availability. A few days went by with no response. I chased a time to meet and eventually secured a time. The actual interview last 15 minutes past what we schedule, which I assumed was a good sign. A few weeks went by with no follow-up or feedback from the interviewer. I chased twice and was eventually given a cookie-cutter response about being busy or email not going through.
