I was approached by a Recruiter on LinkedIn. First interview was with the CEO, followed by the COO, and then 3 Senior members of the team (Ops, Sales, Marketing). Everyone was lovely and the interviews were incredibly casual and relaxed! Everyone I spoke to was excited about working in the crypto space and all the associated benefits. I was then asked to prepare a budget considering new revenue concepts and key points provided by the CEO; followed by a call with the CEO to walk through the model and provide reasonings. Very well stuctured and fair interview, the team was willing to move through the process quickly knowing I had another offer on the table which is always appreciated.
