Interview
Just a heads up, it will take roughly a month and a half. This is a ridiculously long interview process.
1. Phone screen with recruiter
2. NIKE plan of attack presentation
3. Week-long Instacart take-home, 4 hour final interview that includes Instacart presentation, SQL technical interview, Python technical interview, culture fit.
4. You'll hear back 2 weeks after the final interview.

I applied it online. The first round is phone screening for questions like why the company, your skill set and experience. Then they let me do a qualitative take home test, and schedule another video interview to present the take home test. If the round pass, then they will schedule for an onsite interview.
