Two interviews over 4 weeks. The first interview was on the phone screening with HR. The second interview was in person with the hiring manager, person who was leaving the role, two other people the role interacts with, and the same HR person. They asked general career questions about what I've done (experience and skills) and what I want to do in future.

Had first interview in person and second over the phone. In person interview was with program manager and two other staff members. Over the phone interview was with HR director.
