She calls you in ask what your qualifications are, the hours you can work, ask about your past work expirence, gives you a drug test, and hires you on the spot if she wants too.

Can you stand for long periods of time? Can you lift 50 lbs? Are you on time? Are you friendly? Can you pass a drug test? Can you work on Saturdays and overtime?

Interview
I applied in hopes of receiving the assistant manager position. After applying, I received a call a few days later for an interview. I went in to meet a very nice lady who seemed very interested in me and what I could offer that company. While in there interview process, I learned more about the company I was applying for. Upon leaving there job site, I realized that this job wasn't for me and that I would not be upset if I didn't receive a return call.

Interview
It is a one to one interview. Questions were not difficult. District Manager does the interview, a lot of questions revolving collection practices, marketing, and money handling. Prior jobs with any of these characteristics would be a plus. Also, questions asking about dependable transportation as it is a must because you will use your personal vehicle to market with.
