Applied on their website. Was asked to have a phone screen with someone in HR which went well and was the invited to Casper for a round of interviews. The interviews were with 4 different members of the team and all seemed to go pretty well, at least I think. Had a small writing assignment at the end. Sent a thank you email that night. Followed up 1 week after and then at the 2 week mark and still have not heard anything, no responses to any emails sent. Overall the process was very welcoming, but they ultimately didn't think I was a fit.

The process was simple. I applied online and heard back within a week. I scheduled a phone interview and they called exactly on time. It was informative, simple, and professional.
