I received an email to schedule a Phone interview, then was asked to come in for an in-person interview, followed by an email offer and phone call. I was able to negotiate for a higher salary

Initial 1 hour interview with DON that included goi g over resume. Next interview that followed was a 1 hour panel interview with 8 Clinical Managers and other relevant Dept. Heads that included some standards of practice questions.
