Castle Hall interview questions

Had to prepare a detailed presentation for the interview. I almost felt as if they expected me to present solutions (free of charge) to correct/address their organizational issues. Was successful, but when we arrived at salary discussions, they were lower than what we had initially discussed

Lengthy with two cases. I had one screening round by phone, one take home case study. Then I got interviewed by a panel of three and had to do an onsite case study. Finally I had a one-one interview with a director that seemed to me like a stress interview, that final round was pretty frustrating and I did not make the cut.
