CastleRock Communities interview questions

Interviews were split into two; one with the HR manager, and one with the head of Finance. The people involved were overall pleasant and made the conversation comfortable, and asked you pretty basic interview questions based on your resume. They will give you a technical test; be sure to brush up on your typing WPM as well as 10-key (something I believe influenced the decision further down). Contrary to what's been said on Glassdoor so far though, so far for me, it's been several weeks and they haven't reached out with a decision, so I assume no offer. Points off as I'd rather be have the decision communicated over writing or phone than being effectively ghosted; something I certainly wasn't expecting after the pleasant interviewing experience overall and apparently swift nature of their process according to past reviews.
