Interview
Phone interview, in person interview, and panel interview. Multiple steps and drawn out interview process. Phone interview took about 1 hour. First, in person interview took about 1.5 hour. Last, panel interview took about 2 hours.

What would you say is your strongest and weakest strengths? Provide an example or two.
The interview was thorough, but the questions were geared towards individual experience as opposed to the high level/common interview questions. Management is very friendly and easy to talk to. The process lasted about 45 minutes.
