Catapult Health interview questions

There was a phone screening first with HR . The next step was a virtual interview from Regional Team Lead. I believe I also meet with a leadership team member to assess fit with the organization. The entire process took about 2 weeks.

The interview process was 3 steps. I applied, got a call from their recruiter to do a pre screening, followed by an initial zoom interview with the Marketing Manager who was very nice and made me feel comfortable. It was very casual and they wantes to learn more about me and my personality. The last step was an in person interview at their Addison office where I was given a case study and had to present it. The hiring manager called me personally when I didn’t get the job but overall they treated me well and made me feel very welcomed throughout the process.
