I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Catastrophe Management Solutions (Hudson, OH) in Jun 2016
Interview
Group interview, HR manager discussed all aspects of the company, the position, the pay, how deployment worked ect. He also asked each of us in the group about our customer service experience. At the end of the interview, he stated that he was going to hire all of us on the spot. They will tell you in advance to bring paperwork with you in case you are chosen to be hired. We all filled out our hiring paperwork and were given our drug screen form. Several of us ran into each other at the drug screen lab! lol Class started 2 weeks after the interview. Extremely laid back, not formal at all.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Catastrophe Management Solutions (Addison, TX) in May 2014
Interview
I applied online. I was called in to interview. When I arrived I realized it was a mass interview with approximately 20 people. We sat in a meeting room, around a large conference table, and told bits of information about ourselves and work histories. We spoke about how many years we had in the industry and our computer experiences. We then moved on to take a drug test offers there in the office. A couple of days later I received my offer letter in the mail.
