It was and interview panel and was easy. I did get the job. It was a nice place to work and the kids were great. Management was kind throughout the process

Panel interview with four people. Each panel member asked 4-5 questions. The environment was they were relaxed and virtual. The questions were typical “greatest strength/weakness” variety. There were specific and technical questions about grants.
