Met them at a Career Fair at my University. Got an interview for that night. Spoke at the interview. Seemed like a conversation with lots of situational questions. They also are trying to get a handle on your personality as well. They are definitely looking for hard workers that are passionate about making someone's experience exceptional. After that interview, I got an email asking me to schedule a second interview that was on site, meaning I would have to travel to the club in Ohio for the second interview. At the second interview I spoke with the director of operations, front of house manager, and head front of house staff. This interview was more conversational and less focused on specific questions. They also asked me about certain experiences on my resume. After that I, as well as the other interviewees, went on a short tour of the grounds and then were brought back to the club and treated to a meal. After the meal, I was asked to speak with the general manager and the director of operations in a separate room and they offered me my position and I was asked to give them an answer within 7 days of the offer. By the time I got home, I had the offer in writing in an email.
