A phone call with the manager the role would be reporting to followed by a video panel call with that manager and a couple other team members. The conversation was generally good, however there were a number of questions that seemed to be looking for very precise implementation details about tasks I'd worked many years ago, which isn't a realistic expectation. Overall, the structure of the interview was a little better than average because it was respectful of your time and didn't include a coding task. A couple weeks after the second round I sent a follow-up email and was told that I'd be updated when a decision had been made on whether to move forward. I never heard from them again.
