Star style, very broad open ended questions. Would have liked some more specific questions. Other than that easy going and plenty of communication regarding progress. . . . . .

Question 1
Recall a time where you had to earn a client's trust
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Caterpillar (Trichy) in Sept 2019
Interview
The process had three steps:
1. A test for 1 hour tested my aptitude and technical knowledge through MCQs.
Only a very few people were filtered from the test. The questins were basic and you'd enough time to solve them. Practice questions through IndiaBix.
2. he second round was a group discussion where you'll be given a common well-known topic and asked to discuss for 20 minutes. Do your best and potray your points clearly.
3. The final round consists of an interview which went for 30-45 mins. They tested from your resume and core technical knowledge. They were pretty friendly.
I did not get the make it to the company but the process was very insightful.
