Applied through university career services then had a first interview, 1:1 on campus. Was invited to a second interview in Peoria about 3 weeks later. Stayed the night before in a nice hotel and went out to a nice meal with a host employee and other interviewees. There were 3 1:1 interviews, a drug test, and a plant tour. The interviews were relaxed, low stress, with typical STAR questions.
