I got call from the HR after that she explained me the job profile and asked if I am interested and I told yes then she forwarded the CV to the Concerned Manager and I got call again after 6-7 days for scheduling Interview. It was almost 2 Hr long Interview like brain Storming Session. From Technical Question to the Managerial Questions. Panel of 3 person took the Interview. After Interview HR called me next day to discuss the salary and then got the offer letter the 3rd day.
It was for hourly pay entry level staff accountant position. A staffing agency contacted me and I interviewed for it. They were hiring for corporate accounting and management accounting. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and they only asked behavioral questions. It was a virtual interview with two of the team members who were hiring.

STAR Format Interview process, Interview panel, standard interview, over a month to hear back from Caterpillar. Over Microsoft Teams which didn't not work during the initial interview. Are we at 30 words yet?
