I applied online, received an email, had a Video Skype call for as screen with 2 senior managers, got invited to onsite in Peoria, and went out there to interview. Most questions during call were HR questions, with one very basic tech question. Tech question was discussion, no code. Onsite was one hour of STAR questions. Everything was great, in the end I just decided I wasn't ready to move to Peoria
