Tedious and nit picky. There was a presentation which was just stand up and speak to show confidence. And afterwards 3 separate 1 hour interviews. Precursor to all this I had two separate phone interviews one outlined my professional experience and the other on my “fit”

When have you been faced with a situation to complete a task over time and how did you allocate your time and what was the end resukt
Uses a panel of three utilizing the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). You'll get asked 3 questions from each interviewer and give answers in STAR format. It is reviewed on a points system based on your answers.

Entrevista bem complexa, em inglês, com pelo menos 3 avaliadores diversos em que cada um faz cerca de 3 perguntas. Utiliza o padrão STAR que é difícil pois a entrevista não é bem uma conversa e sim um padrão de respostas.
