I applied online in mid August, got a response around 2 weeks later. Had one in-person interview. There were 3 interviewers. They asked questions and I answered using the Caterpillar STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format. There wasn't much chit chat. Just Q,A,Q,A,etc. I also met with my potential supervisor 1 on 1. We had a great conversation about his ideas for the company, very personable. Received a call telling me I got the job a few days later. Then received my official offer a few days after that. Then took a drug test before starting. I ended up starting mid September so the whole process took about 3-4 weeks.
