Interview
The phone interview was very detailed and warm. The HR representative was was really nice! The face to face interview was a bit more detailed. There were 3 1 hour interviews. That process was pretty exhausting but it wasn't difficult. Then I had a surprise drug test before lunch and afterwards I was offered a job position on the spot! I was very excited.
It was for hourly pay entry level staff accountant position. A staffing agency contacted me and I interviewed for it. They were hiring for corporate accounting and management accounting. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and they only asked behavioral questions. It was a virtual interview with two of the team members who were hiring.

STAR Format Interview process, Interview panel, standard interview, over a month to hear back from Caterpillar. Over Microsoft Teams which didn't not work during the initial interview. Are we at 30 words yet?
