Interview
Star format questions that are pretty general. They will usually tailor them based on your skills which is good. The interviewers were very friendly and made me not feel so nervous.

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Caterpillar (East Peoria, IL) in Jan 2013
Interview
Applied through school - the process took a bit because the staff was swamped. Went in for an in-person interview with two interviewers. Two separate interviews, not too challenging. Just remember to be able to answer the questions in a 3 step manner - what happened, what you learned, how you'll adapt lesson to the future.
