Submit application -> Hireview invitation -> Submit the Hireview video interview -> Get the in-person interview invitation -> Have the final interview (first group discussion and proceed to final straight after passing the first stage) -> Get the final result on the spot -> Drug test and submit graduation certification if you a fresh university graduate -> Choose the joining date -> Fly to Hongkong

They will ask you based on your resume. I got asked the most typical interview question, "Tell me about yourself", "Why Cathay?", "What do you think the flight attendant's role is?", "What can you contribute to our company?"
