Catholic Health interview questions

The interview was with 3 other nurse managers, 1 was late to the meeting and missed about 75% of my responses to their questions. The questions were the basic "tell us about yourself" and "how do you handle conflict" and similar scenarios. Overall the interview lasted about 35 minutes and was in a random side room in one of the hospital halls so people kept walking by. Didn't seem as formal as I expected, but was still a good experience.

They asked you to introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about yourself. They then ask what experiences do you have that will help you as a medical assistant.
