Swift interview process. Turnaround from interview to offer for this position was faster than normal for Catholic Relief Services. Unfortunately, in their defense, very little can prepare one for these apartheid-esque conditions and consequentially high-cost of living that serves as both a by-product and a mechanism for calcifying and perpetuating that segregation.
