Couple phone screens and schedule an onsite with the leadership. I was scheduled for a 10AM interview, at 9:45 as I was in the parking lot they emailed me cancelling the interview by email saying they were busy and had urgent meetings pop up. Person told me they would contact me to reschedule and that “duties call.” What an unprofessional company, makes sense why the ratings are 1.2 stars

Interview
They briefly described the roles that I would be doing and checked my ability to understand the workload. They asked if I was able to solder, work on precision assemblies, and if I could follow a blueprint. There was an importance stressed on diligence in work and after working here I can definitely say that they were correct in that.
