Causeway Technologies interview questions

I was invited to an interview for an initial marketing manger role that I applied for. I had a chat with the recruiter who put me through to first stage with the hiring manager and hr. They asked a lot of competency based questions, I thought it went well overall. However, after the interview they said I'd be better suited to another similar role, in a different department. It was unclear why they thought this, I requested specific feedback but it did not get clarified. I then went ahead and interviwed for the other role. I made it all the way to final stage which involved a marketing plan presentation to the hiring manager and another marketing person. I got really good feedback from both, and then afterwards from the recruiter. I was then told a few days later that I have been unsuccessful as another candidate had more 'relevant experience'... This was really shocking since they initial picked me for this role and said it matched my experience. I asked for more detailed feedback again, and was ignored. Overall the interview process was lengthy and I was really disappointed to not even receive proper feedback after having put in so much effort into interviewing for 2 separate roles. Would not recommend.
