Cavendish Farms interview questions

The Interview process was well organized and clear in what a successful candidate could look like. It involved multiple stages beginning with a phone call from the recruiter, an online interview with 5 questions and finally a meeting with the reliability and maintenance team to make a final decision.

Process was straightforward but interaction with the marketing hiring manager was interesting. Interview focused in tactical and executional experiences probing to understand landscape of experience (ex. Packaging, data analysis etc) but role was more senior.
