Ghosted mid phone interview. The phone interview was going pretty well until the call disconnected whilst I was mid sentence, I couldn't call back as the interviewer had called with no caller ID, I sent 2 follow up emails to no response even two weeks later, so unprofessional, disheartening and a little cruel to do to a uni student.
