I applied online and the same day had an e-mail asking if they could arrange a conversation on the phone to discuss my current situation, not specifying exactly that it would be an interview but I assumed it was and was correct. After the phone interview they told me I would hear back either way if i had made it to the assessment centre but I heard nothing.
