Interview
Phone call to schedule and then in-person interview with 2 people. First interviewer seemed to have no knowledge about the position and just asked run-of-the mill behavioral questions that came off as if he'd googled them a few minutes before. Interview followed with hiring manager, and then a lab tour. Seemed very disorganized and very "behind the times" in terms of technology and equipment.

Nothing out of the ordinary, but a "basic" pen and paper skills test was given that had questions that would most liked be obscure to you if you haven't had previous exposure to testing surfactants or working in a manufacturing environment. Reactions, titrations that were specific to their industry etc....
