They were quick to hire. I went to the interview and they asked me few general questions. Then they had me go into a classroom so they can observe how I interacted with the children. They then later ask the staff in that room for feedback.

The interview process went great, the director was super nice and helpful with all the questions that I had. She did show me around the center and made me feel like I already belonged with the company.

Very pleasant interview and I was very excited to work for them. I had a great conversation with the manager and was hired on the spot for the infant and toddler position.
