I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Celigo (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2022
Interview
Recruiter outreach followed by a manager interview. One manager being there less than 3 months and the other almost two years. The manager that was there for 3 months did not really know much about the organization as a whole. The other manager who was there for almost two years didn't really answer my questions in a way that I expected and was a bit dodgy. I believe this company has a very unique value proposition but I would not want to be led by either one of these managers as they seem less experienced that myself. I would steer clear if you're looking for coaching or any sort of mentorship.

6 round interview, pretty straight forward: Recruiter Screen, Hiring Manager Interview, Peer Interview, Mock Presentation, VP interview, CRO interview. In my experience there were massive delays between each step of the process- took roughly 2 months to get through the second-to-last step.
